Bidford Airfield has been a centre of Gliding and Flying for over 40 years. Bidford Gliding & Flying Club, a newly formed members club took over the gliding and flying operations at Bidford Airfield in April 2011 and is dedicated to ensure that this tradition is carried forward into the future. Not only does Bidford Gliding & Flying Club offer every facility experienced pilots desire, it also offers those that are new to the sport of gliding the opportunity to learn to fly with our team of highly experienced qualified Instructors. Bidford Gliding and Flying Club is located at the pretty grass airfield known as Bidford Airfield. From the clubhouse you can see the stunning views of the Cotswold Hills to the south that stretch to the south west following the Severn Valley.
